Gate Inquiry


This login feature allows users to check a container or chassis EIR (equipment interchange receipt) move history statuses.

How to Use
  1. From the Home page, press the Gate Inquiry button. If a terminal is not selected, users will be prompted to select one.
  2. When the Search EIR page appears:
    • Under Equipment Type, select Chassis or Container.
    • Under Equipment No, input the equipment # to search.
    • Under Time Period, select a time period; or default is Last 15 Days.
    • Press Search button.
  3. If Container # is found:
    • A list of Gate Pass numbers and Move Type Statuses (Completed, In Progress or Aborted with date/times) will appear.
    • Pressing + or - by Gate Pass # opens or closes listed details: Container #, Container Size, Move Type, SSCO (shipping line), Chassis #, Chassis Size and Trucker.
  4. If Chassis # is found:
    • A list of Gate Pass numbers and statuses (Completed, In Progress or Aborted) will appear.
    • Pressing + or - by Gate Pass # opens or closes listed details: Container No., Container Size, Move Type, SSCO (shipping line), Chassis Number, Chassis Size and Trucker.
  5. If Container # or Chassis # is not found, a ‘No Records found’ flash message will appear.
  6. To do another search, press + by Search EIR
