Notifications


This login feature allows users to set up email alert notifications for key container events.

How to Use
  1. From the Home page, press the Notifications button. If a terminal is not selected, users will be prompted to select one.
  2. Two buttons will appear:
    • Single Notifications – this allows users to either create new notifications or modify existing notifications for a single container.
    • View My Active Notifications – this allows users to view all their existing active notifications in order to modify or delete them.
  3. If Single Notifications is pressed, a Notification Search page will appear:
    • Under Search By, select Import Container
    • Under Number To Search, input the Container #.
    • Press Search button.
  4. If Container # is found, the Notification Setup page will display:
    • Container #, Email Address and various Select Notifications boxes (depending on the container’s event progress).
    • User can check Select All, or as applicable: Availability, Demurrage, Enter Gate, Exit Gate or TMF (terminal mitigation fee) Status.
    • After pressing Submit button, a Confirmation message will appear specifying the status of the confirmed notifications.
  5. If Container # is not found, a ‘No Records found’ flash message will appear.
  6. To do another Single Notification search, press + by Notification Search
  7. If the View My Active Notifications button is pressed:
    • A list of Container Numbers (which have active notifications) will appear. Pressing + or - by Container Number opens or closes each container’s notifications details, which can also be set or reset from here.
    • After pressing Submit button, a Confirmation message will appear specifying the status of the confirmed notifications.
    • A ‘Scroll for more or click here’ message may appear if there are more records. Pressing it will display more records.
